SMS Terms and Messaging Policy
Effective date: 26 July 2026
1. About ReCallMe messages
ReCallMe provides communications technology to participating businesses.
When you receive a ReCallMe-powered SMS, the message is sent by or on behalf of the business you called, contacted, or booked with. ReCallMe provides the technical platform, but the participating business is responsible for its customer relationship and message content.
2. Why you may receive a message
You may receive a message because you:
- called a participating business and the call was not answered;
- replied to an earlier message from the business;
- asked the business to call you back;
- submitted, changed, or cancelled an appointment;
- provided your number for an appointment confirmation or reminder;
- otherwise asked the business to contact you by SMS.
A missed-call response should identify the participating business and explain why it is contacting you.
3. Types of messages
Messages may include:
- acknowledgement of a missed call;
- questions about what service you need;
- callback coordination;
- appointment confirmation;
- appointment reminders;
- rescheduling or cancellation information;
- service-related follow-up;
- security or account-related notices where applicable.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business. ReCallMe does not operate a general promotional mailing list for callers.
A participating business must obtain any additional consent required before using your number for unrelated marketing or promotional messages.
4. Consent
Where permitted by applicable law, a participating business may send a limited SMS response to an unanswered call. By replying, asking for a callback, or providing a mobile number and agreeing to SMS during booking, you consent to related operational messages from that business through ReCallMe.
Consent to operational messages is not a condition of purchasing unrelated goods or services where applicable law provides otherwise.
You may withdraw consent for further SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP to stop automated SMS messages from that participating business through ReCallMe.
After a valid STOP request:
- the number will be marked as opted out;
- ReCallMe will prevent further automated messages from that business’s ReCallMe workflow;
- a minimal suppression record may be retained to continue honouring the request.
Opting out of SMS does not cancel an appointment, end your customer relationship with the business, or prevent the business from contacting you through another lawful method where appropriate.
To restart SMS messages, contact the participating business and provide renewed consent.
6. Help and questions
For questions about an appointment, service, invoice, or customer record, contact the participating business directly.
For a technical or privacy concern involving ReCallMe messaging, contact:

Phone: +1 (825) 305-4275
Do not use SMS for an emergency. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service.
7. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may be affected by carrier filtering, coverage, device settings, number type, network outages, or other factors outside the business’s or ReCallMe’s control.
8. Privacy
ReCallMe may process your phone number, message content, call and delivery metadata, callback request, appointment information, and other details you choose to provide.
For information about collection, service providers, cross-border processing, retention, and privacy requests, see:
If your information relates to a participating business, contact that business first for access, correction, or deletion requests.
9. Prohibited messaging
Businesses using ReCallMe must not use the platform for:
- spam or messages sent without required authority;
- misleading or deceptive content;
- harassment, threats, or discrimination;
- purchased or scraped contact lists;
- unlawful products, services, or activities;
- attempts to avoid carrier, privacy, or anti-spam requirements.
ReCallMe may suspend messaging that reasonably appears to violate these rules or create a risk to recipients, carriers, providers, or the service.
10. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms to reflect changes to messaging features, carriers, providers, or legal requirements.
